My role as your Holistic Nutritionist is to educate you about the importance of good nutrition. I provide information that empowers you and leads you toward your unique version of optimal health and well-being, ensuring you achieve your wellness goals.
I assess clients’ food and liquid consumption, stress, exercise, sleep, relaxation and everyday lifestyle practices and monitor their progress toward their health goals.
Most importantly, I encourage and motivate self-responsibility by empowering clients about the benefits of using SMART goals in their journey toward well-being. I educate clients about the connections between the environment, toxins, and quality of food and encourage clients to make health-conscious choices.
