My role as your Holistic Nutritionist is to educate you about the importance of good nutrition by providing information that empowers you and leads you toward your unique version of optimal health and well-being, ensuring you're achieving your wellness goals.
I assess clients' food and liquid consumption, stress, exercise, sleep, relaxation and everyday lifestyle practices and monitor their progress toward their health goals.
Most importantly, I encourage and motivate self-responsibility by empowering clients about the benefits of using SMART goals in their journey toward well-being. I educate clients about the connections between the environment, toxins, and quality of food and encourage clients to make health-conscious choices.
